Founded by George Cooke and Jon Temple, Southeastern Construction & Management has grown its business by maintaining one simple concept -- partnerships with clients are based on transparency and trust. To George and Jon, demonstrating that the firm operates with integrity is just as important as delivering high quality construction.

The company’s 20 years of experience includes over 200 custom homes and renovations, and numerous commercial interior buildouts. We have constructed notable projects such as the Southern Accents Show Home for 2000, 2002 and 2008, and the Classic Design Home published in Atlanta Magazine. We have also built homes that have won Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles’ Kitchen of the Year in 1996 and 2000, as well as Bath of the Year in 1995.
